Say what you can do and find tasks recommended for your skills. You choose what to propose on, then deliver, handle a change request, and build a reputation.

  1. 01 Your skillsGetting Work

Start from what you can do.

Choose your skills and where you can work. In the app, AI uses your skills to support task recommendations. Switch on Available Now when you can take urgent requests nearby.

  2. 02 Find workGetting Work

Tasks that fit your skills, paid or exchange, nearby or remote.

AI supports recommendations based on your skills, and every task arrives already structured. You filter, read and decide what to propose on; nothing is applied for you.

  3. 03 ProposeGetting Work

    Make your case.

A proposal is short: your price or exchange, when you can do it, and why you. Once sent, it has a status you can follow until the hirer decides.

  4. 04 ContractGetting Work

The accepted proposal becomes a contract.

Price, schedule, place and scope are written down where both sides can see them. From here the contract guides both sides through the work, step by step.

  5. 05 SubmitGetting Work

Submit the work into the contract.

Attach the files and a note. The hirer is notified and reviews them against what was agreed.

  6. 06 RevisionBoth sides

Changes are asked for in writing, and answered in writing.

The hirer requests a revision with a note. The task moves to Revision; you resubmit a new version. Every round is kept, so nobody argues about what was asked.

  7. 07 CompleteGetting Work

The job is complete when the hirer approves it.

The worker marks the work done; the hirer approves it. If the two sides can’t agree, the job can go to a dispute.

  8. 08 ReviewsGetting Work

After the job, both sides leave a review.

Reviews happen after a job, and reputation is kept in two parts: how someone is to hire for, and how someone is as a hirer. Each review lands on the right side of the profile.
